Gelato recipe: Espresso: 30gr Caffe 30, 1000gr White base mix (Caffe Americano: 18gr Caffè30).
 
Pastry recipe: 40gr Caffè 30, 1000gr pastry or heavy cream
 
260 LIOFILIZED COFFE (Caffe Liofilizato Solubile) - powder preparation 28 x 0,25 kg Can be used to make Cappucino gelato.
