Old fashion homemade cream flavour. It consists of Lemon rind, eggs and vanilla pods. 
 
Gelato recipe: 70gr Crema Ottocento, 1000gr White base mix (Can also make Crème Caramel)
 
Pastry recipe: 80gr Crema Ottocento, 100gr pastry or heavy cream
